The standard check-in time is 14:00. Checkout time (check out) - 12:00 local time in St. Petersburg.
Upon arrival at the hotel before check-out time (early check-in) and check-out after check-out time, check-in is only possible if there are free rooms and an additional charge. When staying at the hotel no more than a day, payment is charged for one day.
Free cancellation is accepted 72 hours prior to arrival.
In case of untimely cancellation, delay, no-show, a fine of 1 day is charged.
After filling out an application for booking a room, expect a confirmation control call by the administrator and (or) confirmation of booking by e-mail or fax. Without a call from the administrator and (or) sent
confirmation by mail, the number is not considered booked.
