Lotman Boutique Hotel offers its guests several payment options

Payment by cash or credit card upon arrival

Payment by bank transfer (legal or natural person)

When booking, specify the most convenient form of payment and we will prepare for you the relevant documents for the payment.

Reservation is considered “GUARANTEED”:

Subject to advance payment for accommodation, we give a guarantee for the arrival of the client not lower than the reserved room category and keep the reservation for a day from the expected day of arrival by reservation

Money should be transferred to the hotel’s account within 2 business days from the receipt of the booking confirmation or invoice for payment of accommodation, but no later than 5 business days before arrival

Reservations are considered “UNBARANTLY”:

In the absence of prepayment on the date of arrival, we give a guarantee for the arrival of the client not lower than the reserved room category, according to the "Booking Confirmation" of our hotel.

If the guest does not check into the hotel after 2-3 hours from the time indicated in the "Booking Confirmation" of the day of the expected arrival (local time) or does not pay for the reserved room, the hotel administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation without warning the Client
